We manufacture tooling for tray seal machines, normally when a new size of tray is to be manufactured on an existing machine.

Tooling normally comprises:

Lower plate, with tray location, silicone seal strip, blade clearance
Upper sealing assembly - heated sealing pads (teflon coated), shaped knives, springs, outer plate, backplate
