Using the latest technologies, MPT aim to provide a high quality, cost effective and prompt service...

Initial visit	After your enquiry for pack inserts, die parts, repairs or tray seal tooling, MPT will usually arrange a visit to your premises to take measurements and discuss your requirements.
Proposal and quotation	MPT will then submit a detailed proposal offering a cost-effective solution together with a quotation showing price and delivery, offering alternatives where appropriate
Software	On receipt of your order, MPT prepare the manufacturing programs. At this stage, MPT can, if required, show you graphics of the proposed tooling for approval, enabling you and/or your customer to modify the design before any cost has been incurred. See examples. Full 3D modelling software allows MPT to program even the most complex shapes. Where the required pack design is similar to one made previously, then MPT's parametric programming facility can repeat a particular design in minutes, even where dimensionally different.
Manufacturing	MPT's manufacturing is carried out using the very latest machine tools, operated by skilled, time-served tradesmen.
Supply of machine spares	MPT aim to provide new spares on a cost effective and timely basis. Contact the Sales department for price and delivery options.
Confidentiality	MPT understand that many customers wish their new projects to remain confidential prior to launch. MPT will always respect this need for confidentiality.
