Saving money on repairs .......

We offer a fast turn round on die set repairs, minimising your loss of production.
Where the top of a die base has been mechanically damaged, we will usually weld the damaged areas, then machine back to the correct dimensions. Gasket groove depths are correctly restored.
In cases of serious damage, we will machine the damaged section off, then make and fit a new piece.
We always ensure that you get the most effective repair possible, and that your machine is back in production with the minimum delay.
